概述了镀锌层三价铬钝化膜形成机理及特性,及国内外三价铬钝化工艺应用情况,三价铬钝化液的使用寿命长,镀液成分较稳定,并可得到不同色泽的钝化膜,采用封闭剂处理显著提高了膜层耐蚀性;三价铬钝化能减少对环境的污染,是我国电镀清洁生产推荐的工艺,具有实用参考价值。  相似文献

The popular radio frequency (RF) chip on board (COB) test has gradually taken the place of on-wafer test due to the high efficiency and high power. This paper presents the extended Open-Short-Load (OSL) that is one-port calibration method to verify the error model de-embedding in S parameter measurement. Three-level cascade structure on COBs system error model is proposed and analyzed. Four kinds of calibration plane solutions for de-embedding are verified. At last, on-board calibration (CAL) kits solution is established to decrease the system error to the least value. The maximum error shift can be controlled less than 0.1 dB comparing with the on-wafer test results. In general, the practical application results prove that this method is reasonable and effective and easy to be mastered.  相似文献

Multi-target tracking is one of the important fields in computer vision, which aims to solve the problem of matching and correlating targets between adjacent frames. In this paper, we propose a fine-grained track recoverable (FGTR) matching strategy and a heuristic empirical learning (HEL) algorithm. The FGTR matching strategy divides the detected targets into two different sets according to the distance between them, and adopts different matching strategies respectively, in order to reduce false matching, we evaluated the trust degree of the target’s appearance feature information and location feature information, adjusted the proportion of the two reasonably, and improved the accuracy of target matching. In order to solve the problem of trajectory drift caused by the cumulative increase of Kalman filter error during the occlusion process, the HEL algorithm predicts the position information of the target in the next few frames based on the effective information of other previous target trajectories and the motion characteristics of related targets. Make the predicted trajectory closer to the real trajectory. Our proposed method is tested on MOT16 and MOT17, and the experimental results verify the effectiveness of each module, which can effectively solve the occlusion problem and make the tracking more accurate and stable.  相似文献

针对传统的AdaBoost算法中,存在的噪声样本造成的过拟合问题,提出了一种基于噪声检测的AdaBoost改进算法,本文称为NAdaBoost(nois-detection AdaBoost). NAdaBoost算法创新点在于针对传统的AdaBoost算法在错误分类的样本中,噪声样本在某些属性上存在很大差异,根据这一特性来确定噪声样本,再重新使用算法对两类样本进行分类,最终达到提高分类准确率的目的. 本文对二分类问题进行实验结果表明,本文提出的算法和传统的AdaBoost算法,以及相关改进的算法相比,有较高的分类准确率.  相似文献

Al/Ti metallic composites prepared by insert moulding are attracting more attention now because of their low production costs, low energy consumption, simple production procedure and high interface bonding strength. However, the insert moulding of pure Al and pure Ti has not been reported so far though it can be considered as a fundamental in studying Ti-alloy/Al-alloy interface bonding. Therefore, the insert moulding of pure Al and pure Ti is intended in this paper and the corresponding microstructure, elements distribution and mechanical properties of the interface are also analyzed. As a result, a good metallurgical bonding can be achieved at the interface of Al and Ti, which is mainly comprised of intermetallic compounds TiAl2 and TiAl3 formed in the transition zone around Ti insert and Al matrix, respectively, depending on different heat treatment parameters and cooling conditions. It is shown that the hardness of the interface layer varies with the types of interface sublayers. For the compact sublayer, the hardness is higher than those of both base metals (Al and Ti) with the maximum value reaching HV520. However, the hardness of the granular interface sublayer depends on the proportion of the intermetallic compounds and aluminum matrix. The average shear strength of the interface layer could reach about 60 MPa, which is higher than that of the aluminum matrix (43 MPa) tested in this experiment. The result also shows that shear crack initiates at bottom face of the specimen (adjacent to locator) in the aluminum matrix nearby the interface.  相似文献

MBR与Fenton试剂工艺处理维生素C生产废水的可行性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对现有的维生素C生产废水处理工艺出水不能达标的问题,采用MBR和Fenton试剂对原有废水处理工艺进行提标改造。在MBR系统进水COD的质量浓度为350~650 mg/L,污泥质量浓度为8 000 mg/L,溶解氧的质量浓度为2~3 mg/L,停留时间为20 h时,出水COD的质量浓度可降至120~135 mg/L。再通过Fenton试剂氧化(硫酸亚铁和H2O2的投加量分别为120和80 mg/L),最终出水COD的质量浓度稳定在80 mg/L以下。对于维生素C生产废水处理工艺的选择,MBR-Fenton试剂氧化可作为推荐工艺。  相似文献
